We specialize in youth athletics in Southern Iowa! SFFT offers recreational tumbling, recreational cheer and competitive tumbling for boys and girls of all levels from 3 years of age to 18!  We have a class for EVERYONE!

Tiny Tots Tumbling

More Information

During this night class, three and four year old tumblers learn the basics in learning and tumbling. Tiny Tots learn forward rolls, straddle rolls, and  cartwheels while learning to count 1-10 in English and Spanish, ABC’s, and colors.  Expenses include monthly tuition. There are NO additional fees with this class.

Recreational Tumbling

During this night class, students will work on  building skills in the appropriate classes. Recreational classes are available for students ages 5-18. Expenses include monthly tuition. There are NO additional fees with this class.

TEAM Tumbling (Competitive)

More Information

TEAM Tumbling includes students from 3 years old and up. TEAM SFFT will attend at least 4 competitions a year, plus the state competition. Students are provided a schedule of the competitions SFFT will attend and you get to decide if you would like to attend that competition. If you are unable to attend a competition that is okay! Tumbling is an individual sport, but students have the support of the entire team!

Students must take a recreational tumbling class in order to compete. At competition practice, we work on your passes for the competition. Students will continue to advance their skills in the recreational tumbling classes.

Expenses include monthly tuition, Competition Leotard = $125, USTA fees = $60, Each competition you attend = $40
